Calderdale Council is inviting community groups and organisations to apply for up to 3 years of grant funding for projects that will deliver new services or increase access to services for disabled children and young people.
They are looking for projects based on brand new ideas, bringing successful projects to Calderdale or making current successful activities accessible. Projects will offer community-based support through activities to disabled children/young people between the ages of 5 and 19 years, they are particularly focused on supporting 5 to 8 years, 14 to 19 years and those who are awaiting diagnosis in all age ranges.
The Council are particularly keen to fund projects that work in partnership with other groups and organisations, have good links across Calderdale and avoid duplication and to share successful projects in other areas.
Groups and organisations can apply for between £500 and £10,000 a year for up to 3 years. To find out more about this opportunity or complete the application form, go to www.yortender.co.uk or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We are hosting the following events in September to enable groups and organisations who are interested in applying the opportunity to find out more, ask questions and network with others to find solutions and explore the possibility of joint bids.
