The 2019 funding programme offers grants of up to £20,000 for practical, community focused projects that aim to support and improve people’s mental health in mid-life.
Not-for-profit organisations can apply as long as they meet all of the following criteria:
- Their project or initiative will support people in mid-life. Suggested age range 30s to 50s.
- Their project focuses specifically on supporting and improving people’s mental health and wellbeing, rather than on addressing wider social issues.
- Their application clearly explains how they will reach, engage and directly support individuals in improving their mental health and wellbeing.
- Their application outlines how they will measure and evaluate the difference their project makes to the mental health and wellbeing of individual participants.
