The DM Thomas Foundation Central Grants Programme provide grants of up to £30,000 to registered charities for projects that improve education and health for young people in three key areas:
- Children and young people with disabilities
- Children and young people who are sick in hospital
- Children and young people who are life limited.
Applications are received for quarterly deadlines from registered charities are first assessed by the Foundation office, with a shortlist of approximately 20 of the strongest and regionally representative applications put forward for consideration by their Grants Committee.
