The Home Office are running a market engagement exercise seeking the thoughts and opinions of interested parties on a proposed Drugs Misuse Prevention Initiative grant funding competition.
The Home Office intends to award up to £175,000 grant funding to a single bidder that can deliver a pilot evidence-based prevention and intervention programme in schools and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) in England. The purpose for funding this intervention is to equip young people with the specific skills, resilience and resources needed to critically address risky behaviour and develop a core set of values that enable them to make the right decisions to avoid drug misuse.
