The Cromwell Bottom Wildlife Group is holding an Open Day at Cromwell Bottom Local Nature Reserve.
This free event will include guided walks, pond dipping, display of birds of prey, craft and photograph stalls, refreshments and homemade cakes. The event takes place behind the car park (HD6 2RG) just off the A6025 Elland to Brighouse Road. The reserve is accessible for people who use wheelchairs. They run a programme of walks, events and practical days throughout the year in partnership with community groups and organisations such as Pennine Prospects, The National Trust and The Rambler’s Association. For information about these activities, click here.
