The Prince’s Trust is now recruiting for its new Get into Customer Service programme run in partnership with HSBC.
Get into Customer Service aims to give young people, who are work ready but do not have vocational skills, a mixture of practical training and qualifications, that will allow them to move into employment, education or training.
The 4 week programme is available to 16 – 25 year olds, living in Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Skipton, Selby and the surrounding area who are not in employment, education or training.
Over the four-week programme, young people will have the opportunity to:

Training venue in Leeds city centre (exact locations TBC).
Placements will be in Leeds and Bradford and a number of surrounding areas including Selby, Huddersfield, Halifax and Skipton.
Taster Day: Wednesday 18th February 2015
Programme Dates: Monday 2nd March – Friday 27th March 2015
If you are referring a young person with any current or previous offences, it is mandatory that a referral form is filled in (preferably by their Offending Manager with as much information as possible) and returned to Lillian.Bergman@princes-trust.org.uk no later than Monday 9th of February (Email Lillian for a referral form).
As the work experience on this programme will be in the branches all young people will also have to complete the DBS and credit checks that this working environment requires. They will be given additional support if needed to do this.
