Safeguarding Week Launch Event – See Me, Hear Me, Know Me: Make Safeguarding Personal

Event for anyone who has a role in safeguarding children, young people or adults in Calderdale.

Registration from 9:00 for a 9:30 start.

This conference will provide the context for this year’s Safeguarding Week, exploring:

  • What Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) means in practice
  • How the principles of MSP be transferred to working with children and families
  • Why it is important to understand the lived experience of the child
  • How these principles can inform work with Adults at Risk
  • How these principles can inform work with Adults at Risk
