Scope often hear from disabled people who want to know how to tell if an employer is inclusive. Employers also ask how to measure their progress in becoming more inclusive of disabled employees.
So, they are carrying out research to understand what information employers should be collecting to understand the experiences of their disabled employees.
They want to develop a set of measures employers can use for this purpose, sharing their progress publicly. This would give disabled candidates more accurate information about the working practices of different employers before they apply for jobs.
