SS Dance & Wellbeing presents a free Online Wellness Day to inspire people to keep moving and make a few positive changes to enhance their wellbeing.
The Online Wellness Day will focus primarily on engaging people from within their own homes in activities to enhance mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. This will take place via social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, with some sessions streamed via Zoom.
Throughout the day there will also be video stories shared from dancers, participants and business owners about how COVID-19 has impacted them and how they manage their own mental health.
