Becoming a Supported Lodgings Host means changing the life of a young homeless person (aged 16-21) by giving them the chance of a brighter future.
If you can offer them your spare room, meals and some practical and emotional support, Horton Housing would love to hear from you. In return they can give you training, support and payment (details available on request).
“I would recommend it – it’s very rewarding when I see the changes.” Pat – a Host since Jan 2017
Find out more at the drop-in Information Evening running from 5pm on Weds 25th April, at YPASS (Young Person’s Prevention and Support Service), 85 Northgate, Halifax HX1 1XF.
