Lloyds Bank Foundation commissioned a team of independent researchers to look at the distinctive contribution, value and experiences of small and medium-sized charities. Their report, The Value of Small, will be discussed during the event.

So What? – A workshop exploring the practical applications of the research for charities, including how to capture your impact and present the evidence of your work to make the case for why your charity matters.
