The Youth Awards

November 8 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Calderdale Youth Council are planning their first Youth Awards event. They feel strongly that young people around Calderdale should be recognised for their efforts to make Calderdale a better place in which to live, study, work or visit, therefore the event is linked to Youth Work Week and is the pilot for future Award events.

How you can support the Awards:

  1. Nominate individuals or groups by contacting Claire.Whiteley@calderdale.gov.uk for a nomination form and return by 5pm on 30th October.
  2. Ask talented young people to send in a short video clip of their talent to Claire.Whiteley@calderdale.gov.uk who would be happy to perform at the event.  6 acts are needed. Clips need to be in by 30th October.
  3. Support the nominated young person/people and performers to attend the event by booking place/s by emailing Claire as above by 4th November.
