The evening will include:
With survivors of rape, sexual exploitation, tracking, child sexual abuse at the heart of
what they do, their organisations offer consistent, high-quality crisis and longer term
specialised counselling, support, independent advocacy and training.
Their launch is an opportunity to hear from us about our historic and current work with
survivors and our visions for the future. It comes at a time when society is waking up and
wanting to respond to the fact that rape and sexual abuse is far more widespread than
people wanted to believe. A countywide Specialist Sexual Violence Partnership, proactively offers ‘smart thinking’ opportunities to meet that emerging social change landscape. Importantly with survivors at the centre and actively engaged in the change making which is to come.
Diversity creates solutions when passion and professionalism are combined imaginatively.
The event is open and no need to book. However, please RSVP to contactus@brcg.org.uk.
