Yoga for Wellbeing

This session is for anyone interested in finding out about yoga and how it can support physical and emotional wellbeing. The session will address simple techniques and explore the connections between mind and body. It will take place in a safe and supportive environment. No previous experience is required. You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
