This free event provides an opportunity to gain valuable mental health awareness, using examples from within and outside the sports sector. It will provide you with the knowledge to help your organisation work with young people who have mental health conditions.
Lunch is provided and gives the opportunity to network with our speakers and others working in sport.

Mark will share his story of how Creative Minds helped to improve his own well-being and how he’s now using his skills in communities across Yorkshire.
