The new Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) call will invite outline applications which support the delivery of priority axes 3 (site development – approx. £4m grant funding) and 6 (blue and green infrastructure – approx. £2.5m grant funding available). Priority will be given to sustainable urban development which will focus on ecologically sound and resilient site development, particularly key strategic economic growth sites/locations within the Leeds City Region SUD area.
The call should be published by mid-June 2018.
In addition and in order to improve the quality of applications and to provide technical advice on applying for ERDF, a new workshop is being scheduled for potential applicants. Colleagues from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government will also be presenting on the day and will be on hand to answer questions.
The workshop will be held at West Yorkshire Combined Authority’s Wellington House address on Thursday 14th June 2018, 2.30pm to 5.00pm at the latest. Register to attend the workshop here: www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/sud-applicant-workshop-tickets
