A pioneering charitable community benefit society with over 160 members is looking to expand the range of skills represented on its board of trustees.
Calder Valley Community Land Trust (CLT) are looking to strengthen their board of trustees by bringing in up to three new trustees. They have recently completed a skills audit of their current trustees and as a result have identified some gaps in their skills.
They are particularly looking for:
- A trustee who has a legal background, particularly in housing law, landlord/tenant law, and/or property/commercial law
- A trustee who has professional experience in working with architects and contractors on new build construction schemes
However, they will be pleased to accept an application from you if you have other skills and experience. CLT are looking also to increase the diversity of the board.
All the details of how to make an application are available at www.caldervalleyclt.org.uk/trustees2020
If you would like to talk informally to secretary Andrew Bibby before making your application, please contact him via email@example.com or phone 01422 844026. This is an unpaid post.
