The Great Pumpkin Festival will take place in Hebden Bridge on Saturday 27th of October. This year’s event is going to be their biggest and best yet, with lots of community groups, schools and local businesses getting involved and making fun and spooky pumpkin displays, there will also be music, pumpkin carving workshops, food and craft stalls, and a zombie parade through town.
They are looking for people who would be excited to get involved in the big day – roles will include helping to install the displays, stewarding and directing people around town to find the pumpkins, helping with workshops and taking down the event at the end of the day. Two shifts of 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm are available. As an added incentive a lot of the local eateries in Hebden Bridge will be donating food for the volunteers.
Please contact email@example.com for more details or to register as a volunteer.
